[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] CoreAVC [2/5] - DShow updates

This is the 2nd of 5 patches to support the CoreAVC.
This patch implements the direct-show changes needed for the CoreAVC
codec to work.  most of the changes should be generic, and work with
any codec (the changes in DS_VideoDecoder_Open() set up the
Compression structures correctly where they weren't always before.
The changes to DS_Filter.c are not mandatory, but give better debug
information if the output pin fails to connect for some reason.

The changes to allocator.c may not work with all codecs, I'm not sure though.
