Then my patch couldn't help you without proper setting of MPLAYER_CHARSET....

Do u know in what charset is this filename encoded? Then pls set
MPLAYER_CHARSET to that charset instead of UTF-8 (or better set the
locale to that charset, if you decide to use such charset as your
native, "C" doesn't support any localization) and try again. Thanks!
