Ah, it is fixed now.

vd_qtvideo.c doesn't compile now because the WINE headers aren't  
included now, but the rest of the code is still there.

Win32 DLL stuff is broken on Darwin, so the whole thing should be off  
(but controlled by --disable-win32).
