If vidix is enabled and MPlayer links against shared libdha how do you
expect it to work unless libdha is installed or you set LD_LIBRARY_PATH?
For it to work "automatically" without install MPlayer would need to
hardcode the build directory location to search for libdha or search for
it from a relative path, both of which sound like bad ideas.
