[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvr-ms fixes for pts, key frame detection and seeking

This patch provides 'best guess' key frame detection in dvr-ms files
(where there was none before), improved seeking in dvr-ms and better
playback in terms of smooth PTS values that stay close to those found
in the file.

It is a lot like the previous one that I withdrew but the main
difference is that there is a new way to help keep the pts values
'smooth' and close to the file pts. See comments in source.

It has also been better tested thanks to some samples and help I got
from the guys on XBMC.
