[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] switching video stream

The subject is self-explaining: '_' permits to switch the video stream.
The second patch is the implementation of DEMUXER_CTRL_VIDEO_STREAM
in demux_ts.c.

In samples there are at least a couple of samples: RAI.ts and BBC.ts 
that you can test
this patch against.

If there are no objections I'll commit it tomorrow.
