[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Runtime Option to view the configure line used

I updated the patch so it uses non-ambiguous names, as well as  
produces the version of GCC used. I am not sure how to detect other  
compilers. I also properly placed the manual entry so that it is  
alphabetical.
