[MPlayer-dev-eng] configure: --charset and MSG_CHARSET

Hello,
I have noticed the following after checking out the current svn today.
If --charset is not supplied at the configure stage then MSG_CHARSET
gets undefined. This results in skipping the conversion code in mp_msg.c.
Together with my KOI8-R locale this produces unreadable output on the
console. Setting --charset=koi8-r helps with the console output, but
completely messes up with the GUI output (if I do --enable-gui).
A trivial work-around is to always set --charset=utf-8, however this
looks a bit silly. I would better propose to define MSG_CHARSET as utf-8
by default, rather than having it undefined if --charset was not supplied
at the configure stage.
