[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] dvdnav - partial REVIEW

Here is a patch we want to use in the geexbox project, that correctly
set the user_muted flag.
We realized that the mute function wasn't working anymore after we
applied Otvos dvdnav patch.
I also post the patch for dvdnav, as it need to be fixed for the mute
function to work properly with dvd.
