[MPlayer-dev-eng] One less mmx.h?

Nowadays we have three somewhat different mmx.h in the tree. With
minimum change, we can move the one under libmpeg2 to the root
(overwrite the original one) and it won't break the build. We then
have on less mmx.h to maintain. Any comments?

BTW: I don't know how to remove a file with diff so this post goes
without a patch:-(
