[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] support lavc mv0_threshold

This makes mencoder support the mv0_threshold parameter Michael added to
lavc last weekend.

Michael, did I properly reword the explanation you gave on
ffmpeg-cvslog? In particular, I'm not sure if the "score" you referred
to means "motion estimation score".

I'm going to apply this in one day if I don't hear any objections. This
isn't an intrusive patch, so I'm not expecting anyone to mind me
applying it before the release; holler if that isn't so.
