[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] unbinding demux_ogg from libvorbis

This patch makes demux_ogg indipendent from libvorbis to parse frame sizes
and assign correct timestamps, consequently it's now possible to use
-demuxer ogg -ac ffvorbis (possibly without crashes).

I don't have many oggs, so I need someone to test this patch with
as many samples as possible and report any regression (including desync,
breakage with other codec types, multiple vorbis tracks, etc).

If feedback is positive and no one complains I'll commit this patch in 
the next
few days.
