you mean "mplayer -v" right?

please
1. ensure that lavc/lavf are upto date (and make distclean)
2. post the used commandlines
3. try faac over lavc

i know mencoder can generate .mp4 files which work on psp,ipod and sony
erricson phones, i would be quite surprised if they dont work on nokia ...
