[MPlayer-dev-eng] Release numbering scheme

The MPlayer LinuxTag delegation agreed on the following
release numbering scheme:

* The upcoming release will be named 1.0pre8.
* After this, we'll merge the windows gui and dvdnav
  patches.
* One or two rc releases are then made to fully test MPlayer.
* After a code freeze 1.0 is to be released.
* After 1.0, the releases will be called 1.1, 1.2, 1.3 and so on
* Security and stupidity fixes will use a third number: 1.x.y
* After we think that we got far enough we'll release 2.0

Important is, that the 1.0 release should be done quickly,
i.e. this year.
