No. We have a CVS snapshot from 20040712 while the problem was
introduced on 20050201. xine is using a snapshot from 20040915, which
decodes all samples without problems.

Oded said he wanted to implement AAC decoding in FFmpeg, but it's a big
project and not yet started. In the meantime Mike has begun documenting
AAC in the multimedia Wiki. With a bit of luck we shall eventually see
AAC in FFmpeg.

This is of course not possible. You cannot simply remove parts of the
license that you don't like...
