Hi All!

Implemented:
"part" spu button (eg: packet->start_col > 0)
cut spu button (eg: spu nibble draw line > spu button area width)
color button in vosub_vidix.c (only non interleaced mode), but I don't tested.

Fixed:
spu button visible
buffer overflow bug in spudec_draw_scaled_yuv()
buffer overflow bug in spudec_process_data()
compare bug in vo_vesa.c
compare bug in vo_sdl.c

And updated patch with current CVS.
