[MPlayer-dev-eng] mplayer on intel macs

Hi there.
I was trying to get this to compile earlier today but I too ran into
the same issues. Until I can get a better solution together would
the writer of thi patch mind making it availible on an ftp or
somesuch? It would be handy as a stopgap though I understand its not
a final solution.
