Are you sure it's supposed to be used so? Has anybode a chance to try it 
with some artificially big vertical refresh to see if the card does the 
timing right? I think it's possible it just displays it the next refresh 
and that it looks ok with normal refresh freqs. You know, the card has 
no idea what the fps should be.
