Did you forget we distribute binaries? (Your RPMs, the win32 build,
...)
Moreover, distributing a derived work of someone else's GPL source
that's been adapted to link to proprietary code, even if it's still in
source form, is extremely questionable IMO.. If it's not illegal it's
certainly against the spirit.
