[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] Remove unused --disable-setlocale in configure script.

Hello list,

  I suddenly found an unused option in configure script:
--disable-setlocale. It seems to be of no use at the moment, and the
attachment contains a fix to remove it.
