[MPlayer-dev-eng] fix bugs about rtsp connection on inet6

./libmpdemux/url.c url_escape_string() doesn't phase "[" & "]",I have no
ideal about RFC 2396
but it works,
./libmpdemux/realrtsp/rtsp.c rtsp_request_describe() has the same problem
here.
it even didn't has "[" "]" at all.
I has test on Helix(server)+mplayer(client) with ipv6 run.
It's my first time to creat patch,maybe it couldn't work,but you can change
it,cause it's easy for you.
