I think that's the main interest for it. Also, Divx6 supposedly extends
the bitstream to provide a backwards-compatible in-loop deblocking
filter. Or atleast, that's what their marketing was saying at one point.
If it's true, then using divx6 for decoding divx6 streams would probably
yield better quality than using lavc to decode it. Who knows, though.

Mind, I haven't actually seen any files with divx6, atleast not that I
know of...
