I somehow can't upload files there. I've put it to my server:

Codec is H264, container obviously mp4, dimensions are 640x512.
vlc plays the file correctly.
mplayer, without any options, reports 119 frames (correct) and duration
0sec, with '-demux lavf' 110 frames (wrong) and 8.8sec (correct).
The video was created as 10000fps, but the CTS offset set while writing
the frames should make sure it plays back as ~30fps.
