[MPlayer-dev-eng] patch for vol level

Hello all,

This patch restores back the volume to its previous level before quitting
mplayer when the vol was muted.

Quite useful since the previous level is not remembered/stored anywhere once
mplayer quits and only way to 'restore' it would be manually jacking up the
volume(and unmuting.)
