[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] runtime linker path option in 'configure'

This patch specifies an explicit runtime linker path for extra libs when
mencoder/mplayer are linked (--enable-rpath must be specified).  As the
usage of CFLAGS/LDFLAGS is discouraged, nowadays, I thought this patch
would be appropriate.  NetBSD builds specify explicit runtime linker
paths by default for extra libs. This patch generalizes 'configure' a
bit more, and thus allows us to drop some NetBSD platform-specific
linker stuff.  The patch also does a test to see if '-R' is a valid
option for the linker.
