[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] ae_lavc.c block_align size change to 512 for imaadpcm audio

This changes the block_align value used in the mpae_init_lavc function
for adpcm_ima_wav audio.

The smaller value allows for creation of mpeg4/imaadpcm avi's playable
on digital camera's like the Casio Ex-z750, Ex-z850.

This allows mencoder to do what virtualdub can do as described in
http://www.stevesforums.com/forums/view_topic.php?id=60334&forum_id=14

(but better ;-) using lavc mpeg4 or xvid)
