This is unfortunately not on my Dear AMD64 machine, as that sucker
died after I re-installed a new system on it on the new disks I
received. (so until I figure out what's wrong with it, I'm still stuck
with no real dev machine).

This is on x86, on a breading edge distro that use one of these recent
glibc which tracks double free issues....

Note that MPlayer was recompiled from scratch.
