[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] removal of dvd specific stuff from stream.h

As for $subject I'd prefer to remove dvd_priv_t and friends from 
stream.h, both
because the resulting code would be much cleaner (stream.h is supposed 
to be
the interface of the stream layer, not the wrapper of all streams) and 
because
re-enabling stream_dvdnav requires it.

I plan to commit this patch just after Godot^W^W^W release :)
