[MPlayer-dev-eng] mphq2 and spamfiltering

Hello roots @ mphq2

there is alot of spam reaching the ffmpeg-user list, its not subscribers
only ATM, it never was and there wasnt a problem with spam in the mphq1 past
is someone working on fixing the spamfiltering on mphq2? if not ill make
ffmpeg-user subscribers only though thats IMO not a long term solution 
its just a matter of time until spammers will figure out how to bypass
it
