It's no longer a sandbox, the real thing is online now.  Many thanks to
Uoti for giving me a hand with fixing the commit notification.

I fixed a couple more renames:

r9334:  DOCS/German               --> DOCS/de
r11183: DOCS/XX/mplayer.1         --> DOCS/man/XX/mplayer.1
r13560: mncf.txt / mpcf.txt split

Still missing:

r4878, r4879: libmpcodecs
r2311: libmpdemux

I kicked out configure.old, the file is a mystery to me, it never
appears in CVS snapshots.

There are a few files that somehow got lost:

lost:
xa/rle8.c
vf_test.c
DOCS/SGML/
libavcodec/

The CVS repository has no traces of them although they appear in
snapshots...

Anyway, enjoy Subversion...
