According to everyone here and on irc, patch seems ok.
Now, I'd like to apply it on tomorrow.
Just need a name for the directory.

So, quick poll:
- libstream/
- libmpstream/
- stream/

Goal might be to avoid lib[mp] completion.
Anyhow, suggestions/comments welcomed.
