While from a formal point of you you may be right, i believe that we
did not violated any license, but just included the wrong files in our
repo: the files were in the tremor svn with the correct bsd header long
before they were included in MPlayer.
So while fixing then in svn was the right thing to do, anything else is
imho overkill.
