No, just everyone getting suddenly busy with other stuff. Happens all

Does it work without big problems? Because I was thinking about
suggesting to make demux_rawaudio always read less than one second.
Though there might have been some problems with that, too (like making
sure always full samples are read).
I didn't look closely at it, but I have no objections against someone
committing. If there are no volunteers and I have to commit myself,
please give me a few days more.
IOW: everyone who has time, please review, comment and if you want even
apply. Otherwise I intend to, but that might take a week or so.
