[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] vo_caca to add support for new API, updated

I recently added support for the new libcaca API to vo_caca.
The only problem is it breaks support with the old libcaca.

This patch detects which libcaca version is installed from the
configure script and uses that version, so both should work now.
