[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] matroska chapter seeking

Hi,

this patch allows seeking for chapters in mkv files. Please review.

I've had a problem with M_PROPERTY_PRINT call coming before the actual seeking 
took place. Because of that, OSD was always one step behind. I solved it by 
the use of "static int dst". It looks like a bad hack though. Anyone has a 
better idea ?
