The patch has some weird problem, after applying the patch, the video of every 
rm files stuck at the first few frames, and there is no sound, though the 
output of mplayer says audio is playing. 

An other problem is that mplayer now use ffcook for cook audio, and ad_ffmpeg 
have the same problem. It looks like all the ad_*.c ignore the EOF, is there 
any reason for this?
