Sure. But I don't want to wait all those years it will take for that to
happen :-P

No, but IIRC e.g. also a utf8 - to - utf16 conversion function was
discussed for PSP title stuff, so I see a chance that code can be used
by both etc.
Same for the struct_realloc stuff.
