[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] real files get out of sync [r18878]

Hi,

I notice r18878 change the sync mode of real files, this change make most of 
the real files in my box out of sync like crazy. The only fix is -mc 1 and 
the a-v is still about 0.2xx sec. I don't know if that commit fixes anything 
but it breaks a lot of files.
