Yes, it has something to do with AllocConsole() and I have no idea why.
On my XP Pro box all files restart when you open the debug console, but
on my XP Home they don't. I'm not sure if there's a difference in the
way AllocConsole() behaves between the 2 versions or not.

Can be safely ignored, probably due to the above fact. Playback is
attempting to start with a NULL filename.

Hrmm haven't noticed any crashes, but I don't play around with a lot of
skins. I'll have to check it as well.
