Applied, i've been promised much cola for svn breakage :)

Comments:
Not applied is a dvdnav patch for Ovtos Atilla's work. (Still in
testing)
Compilation on cygwin not fully tested (no problems forseen)
No extensive WinID testing, but the few win32 frontends that use WinID
seem fine when mplayer is compiled with the gui enabled.
