Sorry for the big delay I'm back now with my mingw builds.
I've experimentally enabled SSE on win that seams to work fine.
No, I'm not on the wrong ml, some of proposed patches applies also
on unix systems.

I dunno if is the best way but rtsp-port and rtsp-destination
are not declared if CONFIG_NETWORK is not enabled, so undef symbols.

An old patch suggested by a gui to correcly display some non eu
charsets, I think this mainly applies on win32, but ignored on
unix, anyway the fix is trivial and fixes possibile problems
since isspace really want an unigned even if the declaration
says "int".

they added gettimeofday
