[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] support for mid-way audio streams

This patch permits to play audio stream that weren't detected during
(or that appeared in the stream later than-) the initial probing phase 
(mostly mpeg streams).
Some demuxer may need a tiny change to fit with the new pattern, but 
mpeg* ones
are already fine.
If no one objects I'll commit it tomorrow.
