Well, these are imported libs. And there is not really a reason to fix
the loader yet, it will only run on 32 bit x86 for no.
What I actually meant is wtf? why is an encoder using the structs from
the loader? But I now saw that it is the vfw encoder, which AFAIK will
only run on 32 bit x86, too. So I'm rather undecided what to do about
this problem...
