[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PAYCJ] disable dvd subs by default in mencoder.c

Currently dvdsub_id is initialized to -1, that forces demux_mpg to 
auto-detect sub
from mpg streams. This leads to subs always shown/hardcoded in encodes 
(remember
that there's no -osdlevel in mencoder), that obviously isn't desirable.

I'll wait tomorrow before committing.
