[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH] correct OSD duration for dvd

This patch uses the duration indicated in the IFO files (rather than the 
one usually
interpolated in demux_mpg) when queried by the OSD code.
Since in this case the stream reader is the only one that can access 
this data
I implemented a new STREAM_CTRL function.

If no one objects I'll commit this patch tomorrow.
