[MPlayer-dev-eng] [PATCH 9/11] MPlayer <-> GeeXboX patches port : Fix V4L default TV format

This patch fixes some V4L TV demuxer behavior.
By default, the demuxer forces the output format to YV12 which is not supported by all cards.

The patch then ask the TV card for its best supportd output format and set it to.
