Okay, so the only pending patch is this one. I've had success with the
4 combined since I've been testing them. I've started a new encode
with an NTSC source (I'm on a PAL country) for further testing.

I haven't had a chance to test all the other suggested flavours of
"-delay" options, but when I have more time, I'll do it for sure.

Once again Corey, Kudows for those patches, they are smashing bugs
that have annoyed me for quite a long time, so it"s nice to see them
fixed.
