[MPlayer-dev-eng] [BUG] Green bands across the top of a video using vf noise and vc ffodivx on a DivX file.

Hello,

After a bit of probing about with different options I have managed to narrow 
down a bug I came across just recently.

When using the ffodivx decoder and the noise filter on DivX videos I can 
clearly see green bands across the top of the video. This has been confirmed 
by Jonas Jermann (g0th) as well. The noise filter parameters do not affect 
the occurrence of the bug.

One such clip I noted the bug on:

(The 'Windows/Mac' versions are MPEG-4 with a DivX fourcc... I think)
The green bands look like a set of around 16 lines alternating between the 
video and green. They flash between green and the video temporally.

This clip exhibits a solid green band in some scenes but not in others.
