I modify init/uninit vo and I add options for fixed vo and still frame hadler.

Try out, please:

mplayer dvdnav:// ... -dvdnav-nofixed-vo
mplayer dvdnav:// ... -dvdnav-nofixed-vo -dvdnav-realstill
mplayer dvdnav:// ... -dvdnav-fixed-vo -dvdnav-realstill

Try out with vo_config_request_hack.patch (to only test), please:

mplayer dvdnav:// ... -dvdnav-nofixed-vo
mplayer dvdnav:// ... -dvdnav-nofixed-vo -dvdnav-realstill
mplayer dvdnav:// ... -dvdnav-fixed-vo -dvdnav-realstill

I would like to ask you to test the patch and/or hack if it works.
