svn diff doesn't add files (I don't known the way)
the main reason is that I use a patchset
so I need to have a main and a modified tree to make diffs

-x lines referring cvs are old stuff that I never removed.
Anyway the patch will work in the same way :)

Btw the problem is still there and a would to avoid
a patch for this, any suggestion?

<ot>Please add a not somewhere on mingw32 docs (if not already in)
to not use colon in --with-extraincdir, i.e. use /c/live instead of
c:/live or configure will go crazy
